Returns Policy for Website Orders


FS Skateboards and Snowboards (hereafter FS) will accept returns of regularly priced merchandise subject to the following conditions, and (in the event of suspected fraud or intentional abuse) subject to the discretion of management:

 

     You will need to contact FS to request a refund before arriving at a retail location. Please call (780) 436-7860 to arrange a refund or email customerservice@fsskateandsnow.com. You will need to have your Web Order Number on hand.

 

     Returns will be exchanged for merchandise and/or store credit only.

 

     Returns will only be accepted within 10 days of delivery.

 

    The purchase of all sale-priced merchandise is final, only regularly priced merchandise can be returned.

 

    Shipping charges will only be refunded at the discretion of FS management. This includes any shipping charges required to return merchandise to FS.

 

     Worn or soiled garments cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly any merchandise damaged after purchase by use cannot be returned. Original merchandise tags must be attached, and packaging must be return with the merchandise.

 

     FS cannot guarantee that a size / colour / variant of a product will be available for exchange.
